Dr. Clifford T.O. Zirra, the Federal Commissioner representing Adamawa State at the National Population Commission, has warmly congratulated His Royal Highness Prof. Bulus Luka Gadiga on his appointment as the Mbege Ka Michika.
In an official statement, Dr. Zirra commended the Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, for making a thoughtful and timely decision in appointing HRH Prof. Gadiga.
