The Nigeria Police Force has declared the ongoing #EndHunger protests across the country as violent, advising law-abiding citizens to withdraw from participation. This warning comes after two days of escalating violence associated with the demonstrations.
“We advise law-abiding citizens taking part in the protest to withdraw immediately,” the police stated.
“The protests have become violent, and it is expected that peaceful protesters would have left the scene by now.”
