Burna Boy Tells Diddy: No Relief Packages In Nigeria
U.S. music producer and rapper Sean Combs a.k.a Diddy has been told by Nigerian artist Burna Boy that there are no lockdown aid packages for Nigerians.
During a live Instagram video, the self-proclaimed African Giant exposed the singer's condition and said everything in the country is a mess.
“Reporting live from Lagos, Nigeria. We are also on lockdown like everywhere else in the world, just that ours does not come with any benefits or relief packages.
“Everyone, especially the minorities have been living from hand to mouth. They work today, spend it on feeding and let tomorrow take care of itself. Now, it’s just all a mess.
“We are just trying to make things better for everyone, even though it is not our job. We are not the government,” he said.

On Saturday, President Muhammadu Buhari told Nigerians there will be more palliatives as the lockdown continues to curb the spread of coronavirus disease.
“For those who suffer most egregiously, the Government has announced multiple measures to assist: 70,000 tonnes of grain is being released from the National Strategic Grain Reserves for distribution to those in most need; distribution of small cash payments are also being made, and will continue to be made by the federal government in the states and local government areas,” Buhari said.
