In the cause of the attack, the 27-year-old Derrick Amponsah allegedly bit the victim's clitoris causing her to bleed profusely from her genitals.
The incident occurred at Manso Yawkrom, in Ashanti Region's Amansie West District. A detailed medical examination showed complete breaking of the victim's hymen.
Prosecutor Stephen Ofori, the detective inspector, told Amponsah court that he used his fingers, penis and mouth to abuse the girl.
Mr Amponsah came back around 13 p.m. To see filthy unwashed clothing. He went to the victim's house to call her, according to prosecution but she declined to follow him.
He returned and managed to bring the girl into his house to pursue him. He asked the girl to take the lead in his room when he reached there, but she objected.
Then the accused dragged her inside, pushed her onto the bed, and had sex with her by force.
Detective Inspector Ofori said the mother of Amponsah later turned up and provided the victim with water to clean up herself.
After a survey, Derrick Amponsah was arrested and he subsequently confessed the crime to police in his declaration of caution.
He was arraigned and pleaded guilty to two counts of defilement and assault. Both acts contravene Sections 84 and 101, and the Criminal Offenses Act, Act 29 of 960, respectively.
Her Lordship presided over the trial, and Joyce Boahen sentenced him in his own plea.
