The federal government has announced April stipends are being paid to beneficiaries of N-Power.
The Minister for Humanitarian Affairs, Sadiya Umar Farouq, said this in a statement on Saturday
The offer of payment was made last week, she remembered.
The official said they experienced some delays on the GIFMIS website, "but I can now announce that all Batch A and B N-Power beneficiaries have their April stipends paid out.
The minister has promised that information will be given as soon as stipends are paid in May.
In 2016 President Muhammadu Buhari inaugurated the N-Power Initiative as part of the National Social Investment Plan (NSIP).
The mission is to lift the people out of poverty by building capacity, investing and direct support.
N-Power has 500,000 beneficiaries registered there.
200,000 from Batch A, which started in September 2016, and 300,000 from Batch B that kicked off in August 2018.
