New Traditional Rulers Appointed in Adamawa State
The Adamawa State Government has announced the appointment of several traditional rulers, marking a significant milestone in the state’s cultural and administrative leadership.
Among those appointed are:
- HRH Dr. Ali Danburam (MBBS, FWACP, FCCP): Ptil Madagali
- HRH Barrister Alheri B. Nyako: Tol Huba
- HRH Prof. Bulus Luka Gadiga: Mbege Ka Michika
- HRH Aggrey Ali: Kumu of Gombi
- HRH Ahmadu Saibaru: Emir of Maiha
- HRH John Dio: Gubo Yungur
- HRH Alhaji Sani Ahmadu Ribadu: Emir of Fufore
In a statement, Hon. (Chief) Kate Raymond Mamuno, the Majority Leader of the Adamawa State House of Assembly and representative of Demsa Constituency, extended her heartfelt congratulations to the newly appointed leaders.
“These appointments are a testament to the dedication, wisdom, and commitment of these esteemed individuals to the well-being of their people,” Mamuno stated.
She expressed confidence that their reigns would foster peace, progress, and unity within their respective communities.
Hon. Mamuno also commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for his visionary leadership and dedication to promoting peace and development across the state.
She noted that the selection of these capable leaders underscores the governor’s commitment to the growth and harmony of Adamawa.
