A date for 2020 Batch B camp resumption has been announced by NYSC.

The GazetteNews notes that December 3 was set by the Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 as the start date for the second stream of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

This was disclosed by the PTF Chairman, Boss Mustapha, during the media briefing of the task force in Abuja on Monday.

According to him the date for the First Stream Corp members was chosen after the completion of the camp training.

In January 2021, the third stream is anticipated to be called to camp.

According to him,

“We are pleased to inform you that the first stream of NYSC has concluded camping while we expect the 2nd stream to go camping on 3rd December and the third stream would be in January 2021.

“Necessary measures, building on the successes of the first stream, have been taken. The DG NCDC will brief you on this,” Mustapha said.
