The Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC) boss Dr. Josephine Wapakabulo has in a surprise resignation letter laid down her tools of work after just three years of duty as Chief Executive Officer.

In a letter addressed to UNOC Chairman, Dr. Emmanuel Katongole said she would leave the organization with effect August 31, to focus on family and new opportunities.
