Zenith Bank has launched an automated voice banking service, an interactive voice response (IVR) system that allows customers to do simple banking transactions over the telephone.
Customers are issued a dedicated telephone line, which they can dial using their registered telephone numbers and perform banking transactions by following the IVR instructions.
The bank has launched its 'Zenith Save4me' account, savings account with high-interest targets.
Zenith collaborated with Visa to launch their internet banking application 'Dubai Visa Service.'

The launch is in line with lockdown steps that many states have implemented to curb coronavirus spread (COVID-19).
In addition to the new launch, Zenith has launched many items to support the country's financial sector over the last two months.
